Trekking with Ivy Plus Alumni could be an extension of local communities and an opportunity to connect, cross-pollinate and continue to learn and build meaningful relationships with alumni across the US and the world.
Developing the person of a leader focuses on the “internal trek” of becoming more effective and promotes personal discovery, improved thinking and new approaches for effective performance that help an individual achieve even more with their skills and talents.
Prior to PineTreks.com, guided Intensives of the life and results transforming thinking of 6D Development was only available to employees of organizations that engaged Allen or Dare for Leader Development Programs, Transformational Planning Intensives, or 1:1 Executive Performance Coaching.

How You Will Trek
Over the coming 6 months, you will attend virtual, interactive Leader Development Intensives (LDIs) where you will learn how to develop who you are to become uncommonly effective through the 6 Disciplines of Uncommon Performance.
Developing who you are takes courage, intention, commitment, and consistency over time. During the Spirit of Ivy 6D Expedition you will trek with alumni and could connect and cross-pollinate with other expedition members during 6 "Live" Development Intensives and 2 smaller, guided "dive deeper" group conversations as well as asynchronously in the virtual Willing Hearts & Minds Habitat.
